Webster Delta Sonic I have brought my car to Delta Sonic for gas, wash/wax/inside cleaning & oil changes. Their prices are very competitive (they usually tie with BJ's for the lowest $ in Webster) & the service is always prompt. Nice clean waiting area for when they clean the inside of your car.
lousy and unprofessional I made an appointment 3 days in advance and was clearly quoted a price over the phone for a professional detail (interior and exterior cleaning). A van, I was told, is a bit extra (fine, I thought). When I arrived I was quoted yet an extra fee ($30), because the car apparently was dirty inside. Dirty.... isn't that why I went there in the first place ? Also, why wasn't I told on the phone there is an "extra dirty charge" ??? Delta Sonic Car Wash Total car care. They have interior & exterior cleaning and detailing, oil changes, gas, and convenient store. Excellent services, prices and customer service. If you're ever not happy for some reason, they try to make it right.
More than just gas Delta Sonic is growing to take care of most of your car's needs. They do gas and car wash but also Oil Changes, wax jobs, etc. They are priced very competitively for everything and their specials are very good.
Too Computerized This is a new store. I went to it because it is near my home. When I brought my car in for detailing I asked them not to move the passenger seat because of my baby's car seat. The first thing they did was move the seat. This store takes your car on a conveyor belt so the attendant has a limited time to get a certain piece of the car done. no problems good value, change your oil, decent gas prices, they must be making money on the car washes because they always push the car wash at checkout and ask if I want to upgrade
Very unsatisfied person The Orchard Park store is terrible along with their corporate offices. Last week I went throughout the car wash. The lane they put me in, the metal divider was out way to far. I have a big pick up truck. After drying off my car I proceeded to pull forward. I was instructed turn by the attendant. There was a car pulling in ahead of be and another entering my right. Awesome, cleaned all the dirt form my Car I took my Vesuvius 2006 Supercharged Range Rover to this car wash after a long expedition and it cleaned everything. From top to bottom to front to end. They also provide a nice interior clean. Carpets cleaned and interior windows ckeaned. Price is decent and will definitely come back again. They have many types of packages you can choose. You can just have your exterior cleaned or your whole car cleaned form inside and out. Car smells and looks awesome.
