Everything is new. But I tend to have a bad experience too often. The pumps are often out of receipt paper. Yesterday I went through the unlimited line and paid for tire dressing but no receipt paper so no tire dressing. Recently had to wait in line bc unlimited line closed. I keep going here because it's closest to my house. Gas is cheap. But seems like it's always something.
I have tried twice to purchase gas at the Main St. Rochester location since it reopened, and the pumps were not functioning either time (once in March I believe and again today). The people working there were polite and professional, but unfortunately I can't get them to take my money. I contacted customer service, and I was told that I'm getting there too early (5-10 minutes after opening). It's too bad because it's a very convenient location, and the new store looks great.

I was involved in a 3 car accident 2/27, I was told that Delta Sonic would take care of everything and then they would go after the man's insurance company. The old man in the first automobile was in a Dodge Ram pickup truck and kept stepping on the brakes, the SUV behind him was pushed into him and the SUV stopped and my car was repeatedly pushed into it by the conveyer belt.
