I've never had any issues with Delta Sonic that they didn't take care of.
This place damaged my car. Their unprofessional employees denied it! The truck in front of me left the track early, my car wheel turned far both ways then I heard a bang on the front left. Brand new car now with a gouged mag wheel. It’s the center of the wheel and the manager said maybe a tire spray brush but then denied it in writing. They wrote me a letter said I was a liar. Car wash was decent, but I had my backpack and a few other items stolen in the parking lot where the vacuums are. Tried to go through staff who directed me to call loss and prevention. Nobody returned my phone calls. Everyone pushed my call in a different direction. Simply asking that they look at the cameras from 12:20-12:40, 20 minutes of camera, to see what happened to my stuff. No response, no answers. Pass the customer to another dead end.
Please explain to the folks at your Irondequoit location how a zipper merge works. I was just yelled at by one of your staff for following common sense rules he couldn't understand.
