My car is never clean I have to go home and wipe it off this place is a rip off I Cancelled my membership had unlimited wash and interior ..and not to mention they waxed my car and left wax everywhere I wish I could give zero stars
I took my car for a car wash and they scuffed the driver side of the roof terribly. The staff in the detail shop even stated it was from the wash. Then they manager didn’t want to write up a claim and was mad at the young lady for admitting that it was caused during the wash. Not to mention after the wash the car was still dirty but they were drying it off like it was clean. Such terrible service. Full of discourteous behaviors from young adults accompanied by a bunch of excuses by the so called upper management team!!!
Your soap now smells like ass. It's putrid. Makes me sick.
This place is probably the coolest car wash I've been too.
Darryl the manager of this Glenwood location has the worst customer service. I have a monthly membership for multiple cars. Every time I bring any of my trucks here to this place they always do a terrible job. They miss cleaning the windows, wiping the dash board. All the they do here is over use tire dressing and try to hustle you to purchase upgrades on top of not doing even satisfactory job. The manager Darryl here doesn’t care about your business.
