Why can't they ever get your vehicle clean without you standing there telling them what to do? Are these people trained? It doesn't seem like they know what they're doing.

Half washed car even after generously tipping ($20 for the wash, $20 for the interior and $15 in tips) Interior was still dusty, half wiped windows. If I’m paying, why micromanage.. I just paid $55 for a lesson... STICK WITH WHAT & WHO I KNOW. I’ll stick with my neighborhood car wash next time. #notworthit.

Paid Extra for interior and carpet shampoo and still not clean and left with a wet interior
Love this place. I come several times a week and the employees are always great, my car gets clean, and I leave happy. The unlimited was and interior mini detail is my best friend.
