shuts down the business without notice leaving their parents without supplies.bobby should be ashamed of himself for leaving the voicemail on and not informing patients that they cannot get needed respiratory supplies. dr lown never should have let this happen either. maybe when one of their family members dies in their sleep it will remind them how important these supplies are. sickening.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a doctors office, and I would caution everyone to stay away. I went through a sleep study where I was diagnosed with narcolepsy. The Doctor prescribed me Wakix and I was on my way. A week or so later I follow up and learn that the insurance denied it for a variety of reasons (expected, no problem). They appealed and continued on. Terrible never received the equipment for my sleep apnea. Called office numerous times without any help from this office.
My experience was wonderful and they're very thorough and helped me to know my machine and understand what it does for meso if you want a CPAP machine I think you better go over there because they're good people
Absolutely amazing experience, Dr. Lowen and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer and informative. The office was clean & I definitely felt comfortable being there. I would recommend this place to anyone.
