As a satellite lounge it's ok. Clean. Good staff. Underwhelming food and beverage. Too small. Only uncrowded in the early AM, but that's because the bar doesn't open till 7AM (something to keep in mind before you burn a visit). They also don't enforce the house rules so be ready for 16 iPads on full volume.
On the smaller side, but probably the most pleasant AmeX club I have been to in this country. They also have an outdoor patio where you can watch the planes like at LAX. The food is amazing it's clearly inspired by local and regional chefs and cuisine. Restrooms are nice. Great drink selection. Not busy when we were there on a Thursday night
Staff was very unhelpful at the entry. The whole reason I got an American Express credit card so that I could get into the Delta lounge and I think it’s ridiculous that they make you spend more on your ticket in order to get into the lounge. Total bait and switch. We already pay enough with our American Express membership fees, where we shouldn’t have to pay more to Delta in order to get into the lounge
My favorite lounge and lounge food in AUS! The staff are super helpful if you ever have issues with a Delta flight.
Always impressed with the fresh options at this location. The variety of gluten free and dairy free food is awesome. The customer service is great. The staff are on it and friendly. The coffee bar has several coffee espresso machines with lots of options for decaf and espresso. They generally have milk, oat milk, and almond milk. I had fun making an almond milk Cafe Miele. There is seating outside on a covered patio.
