The website appears to show that this lounge is open to both Delta and Centurion card members. That is not the case. I’m not on a Delta flight but am a Centurion card holder and even though the sign right at the entrance literally says that it is open for Centurion card holders. The person at the front desk wouldn’t let me in and it was pretty sassy about it.
It's small, as you would expect, but the staff is very friendly and it's located close to most Delta gates. It's the only club at the Indy airport currently. It's never been at capacity when we've visited.
Staff is unfriendly and inefficient. Had 7 people wait while she was looking up an individual for 5 minutes. Also, apparently if you fly basic, they don’t let you in even with Amex Delta Reserve card. Overall disappointing experience.
