AWFUL follow through and unknowledgeable folks answering the phone! I had an infected tooth on a previous root canal and called in to schedule an appointment. I was on the phone 15 minutes and after giving the gentleman my information was told that I could not be seen by the Endodontist (that comes in once a week) since the tooth currently has a root canal.
