Exceedingly friendly staff and talks you like you are their close friend... Luis is awesome in helping me rearrang stuff in my storage in order to maximize space and put more stuff inside well-maintained, very clean surroundings... Fabia recommended VIA app and her promo code so I can save transport expense back home. I don't have a car and rely on Uber/Lyft for transporting stuff to Delta Storage.

They are the most helpful and are very concerned about the quality of service you receive. Rayshawn who assisted me she made sure I got what I needed and understood everything before leaving. She made sure I was not over charged and answered any questions that I had. I love the quality of this storage unit and the people who are working there. Totally recommend to anyone who are looking for a fabulous place to store your belongings.
Fadia provided top notch customer service. Incredibly sweet, professional, and knows her stuff. Barely took her any time to set me and my wife up with a locker room from start to finish. Super efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean climate controlled storage space in jersey City that is easy to get to. Prices are a bit higher than I would have liked to see but everything else was great that I didn’t make the price a deal breaker.
