Rented a property from Delta for 2 1/2 years in Everett. Our rental agent was Jamie who was constantly rude, talked down to us and unbelievably unprofessional (over sharing personal information, complaining about how busy she is ect...) Called in multiple repairs on multiple occasions that were never addressed. All the contracting work is done by a company that is owned by the same people as Delta and the work is shoddy. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are horrible. Completely unprofessional, thieving, slumlords! I was yelled at for no reason. They tried to charge me ridiculous things that were wrong with the property long before I got there out of my deposit. They don't fix things in a timely fashion if at all. Stay away!
hasnt changed much – these guys are rip offs.. they will figure out anyway to cheat you out of your deposit..even when they do their walk thru inspections...they just get pissed at people when they move so they cheat you out of your money..
Slimy business practices – Delta has HORRIBLE business practices. These people are your best friend until something goes wrong. After going round and round about damage done to the house durring a burglary, they claimed they would pay for the damage "out of the kindness of their own heart" ONLY after I threatened to get my lawyer involved. They LIED and said this only to placate me for the time being and took the cost out of my deposit when I moved. Now I have to spend even more time and money to deal with them in court.
