Michael from Delta Plumbing came to my house for a leaking hot water heater. I was sure that the hot water heater was in need of replacement but Michael observed that the valve at the top of the water heater was leaking and he suspected that the hot water heater was not really bad at all. He put a portable dehumidifier in the area and it managed to dry the area out. We then turned the dehumidifier off and sure enough, the leak was gone. BEWARE!!! Ask to see current license. Would have given ZERO stars, but it wasn't an option.
The guy is extremely busy, and I totally understand that. I also understand that it's sometimes better to turn down a job when offered, if it means you have time to finish other jobs that are already started. Personally, I prefer to do fewer jobs really well than to be spread so thin that things start slipping through the cracks. I spent over 10000 dollars for his crew to install a new engineered septic field at my place. The work appears to have been extremely well done, and the pricing was fair.
