William Jefferson I am well pleased with Mr. Jefferson. I was ,however, shocked at the price (over $500) for such a small job.
Water line replacement Will probably be a 4 after everything proves to be done properly. Unfortunately right now I have reservations that the trench was deep enough and there will be no flooding on a heavy rain. The warranty is by the authorship of the technician, not a standard warranty. I think General will hold to his word if he is still with the company. Not sure how the company would come through. William William did a great job. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed any problems that came up. He was also very polite and pleasant.
