Close to the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They showed up a day after they said they would for diagnosis of my issue (after I had to call to find out where they were), they were supposed to call me with a quote on the parts which they didn't. I had to call to find out the information myself after not hearing from anyone. I was told the part was on order even though I hadn't authorized the repair since I hadn't received a quote.
