Had a family emergency! They don’t have an emergency phone number displayed for you to call. The woman was beyond rude when I called. So stupid!!
All my WRHA team . Don’t ask for a washroom door if you working and providing Home Care to the residents here whole day . Manager won’t let you use the washroom as she says not for public use..
