This Place Is A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF THE CITY OF DETROIT!! They Are TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS!!! THE ABSENCE OF HOT WATER IS ONE OF THE MANY THINGS TO ADD TO THE LIST!!! THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE FOR COMPLAINT!! RESIDENTS ARE TREATED IF CONTAGIOUS COMPLAINTS ARE MADE!!! HOW CAN THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN??
Nicest staff and tenants around! I’m a student from Ontario Canada, the nice people of the Delta Manor allowed me to use them as a safe haven (this is how a tenant described it and i thought that was funny)! My car broke down just off the i75 and i pulled into the Delta looking for help and to my luck, a man named Kevin who lives at the building was nice enough to let me use his phone and get me in contact with the manager so I could have a place to stay, and not be stuck in the cold.
