I'm sick and tired of people calling me and blocking their names and numbers on my caller ID. I have gotten so many calls from "Unknown Name Private Number," "Unknown Caller," or just the city and state they're calling from along with their number and it's way past old. I don't even bother to answer those calls. If they want to talk to me or anyone else in the house badly enough, they will put their actual company name and number on the caller ID, not something obviously made up. they cant just take your money like they do. – Talk to some mean chick name Dawn i think anway. she was a real ---------. She sounded black dont knw about that. who cares this place is a joke. Wish some of the crazy people out there, that do bad things would walk into ths place. Took care of my debt with the people i owed it to f-these people.

!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE??? – I'm sorry; to all of these people saying that their "customer service" was wrong. What do you expect??? This is not customer service! This is debt collection! These people work hard everyday to help you avoid potentials that may come to be! If you are rude in the first place then expect the same attitude back. Customer service has no roll in a contract that you signed for money you refuse to pay back. That money you refuse to pay back is keeping another individual from getting aid to go to school!

I can't believe this place is still in business – This company was not only unbelievably rude and unprofessional, they were downright combative. When I called them about what I believed was a discrepancy between a bill they had sent me and what I really owed, the woman started yelling at me. I contacted the school I originally had the loan with and it turned out the balance Delta had given me was over $900 more than what I actually owed! undecided – The lady who worked with me was very nice, though I didnt agree with her trying to get to personal with my life. Their service should be maintained on a proffesional level and not try to get to personal. She was great with working out the payment details. However, she asked for a large payment at first to pay off the "interest'. At first I didnt think anything of it. A General Review of the Negative Comments – First of all, your bound by contract with whichever company or esp. if a federal loan, to provide them with current info about your place of employment, contact numbers, references, income, etc. You signed a contract and you agreed to keep them informed with the current details. So why the complaint about something you signed for? Easy stuff. – They deffinetly called me a lot and I ignored it because I didn't know who it was. Well, when I finally answered it was a collection agency saying I had an outstanding balance that I compleatly forgot about. She was very kind, helpful and informative. All they wanted was to do their job which unfortunatly ment me spending money. Don't get mad at them for doing their job because you dont feel like spending your money. Paying Back – At first I was extremely angry that a collection agency was calling me. How dare they call me and make my personal information public I thought !!!!!!! Well, as it turned out it was'nt all bad...The "personal information" they had was provided to Delta by the college I owed the money to and Delta was trying to collect it on their behalf. Worked with me – I was contacted by Delta about a bill I owed last week. The rep was very professional and courteous. She helped me resolve my bill.
