I called trying to get an shaft mixer part for my ice block maker, and they were not helpful at all. I offered Tracy the model and serial number so they could locate which part I needed, but she said I would have to measure it. She said she could not do anything with the model number which didn’t make sense to me because most companies are able to track down what parts they used for a machine using that identifying info. Very nice staff. Very helpful and walked me through setting up my block ice machine. A lady even called to make sure my opening went well and my machine was working as expected. I wish more people in customer service were as nice and helpful as the staff here.
