Great company, called about a problem they sent a service tech out the same say day and had my grandparents business back up and running
I called trying to get an shaft mixer part for my ice block maker, and they were not helpful at all. I offered Tracy the model and serial number so they could locate which part I needed, but she said I would have to measure it. She said she could not do anything with the model number which didn’t make sense to me because most companies are able to track down what parts they used for a machine using that identifying info.
