!!! I rarely give negative feedback and honestly I hate doing it, but I had to in this case. I selected this company based on the positive Google reviews, but those reviews don’t reflect the current situation. The technician was kind and decent, but he told me the original Delta Heating and Cooling is out of business and he is just using their old phone number and reviews. Delta was great they came when they said they would were clean neat perfect job and completed work In 2 days like they said very happy with everything system works great and efficient so much better on electric bill for ac can't wait to see the winter heat savings add up I had 3 bedroom units, 1 living room unit and a kitchen ceiling cassette and a hyper heat outdoor condenser installed So glad they suggested the black designer units! The team here is wonderful to work with. I had lower ceilings and a smaller space and they made it look perfectly clean cut and nice.. Polite/ Smart/ exceptional in my opinion
There are a few things I look for when hiring a company to do work for my home. I look for a fair price, great communication, and excellent work. The team here checked all my boxes and were thorough in their process, explaining things to me as someone that doesn’t understand much about HVAC. I would highly recommend Delta to anyone for their HVAC needs.
