Great location. Clean, gorgeous rooms, fantastic whiskey bar in the lobby, but the best part of our stay was by far the kind, polite and attentive staff! From the moment we handed off the keys to the valet (I don't normally, but we were on vacation, so we indulged), to checking in, to info about local attractions, help with cabs, places to eat, über and giving us bottles of water for the ride home, this staff exemplifies what hospitality should be! This is our first choice next time we stay in Toronto!
Another amazing visit to Toronto and our 3rd visit to this exceptional hotel! It is conveniently located to explore beautiful Downtown Toronto. Hotel staff always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is welcoming, pleasant and stress free! It is our favourite place to stay for concerts �and Jays games� A big shout out and thanks to our incredible server Michael at SOCO Kitchen + Bar! We will definitely be back!
Another amazing stay at the Delta! Thank you to Aamir and the concierge team for creating an unforgettable experience. Special shout out to the Club Lounge team too! I can't recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back again.

No fridge in room. I have stayed in much better hotels and yes we were downtown but not worth the dollars will not be back
Stayed on the 42nd floor this past weekend - great location, the front desk (Precilla and Matt ) along with the young lady doing valet did an awesome job- friendly and welcoming will be back on the 46th on the 18th - looking forward to our next stay !
