Very nice hotel. Great location, great views, clean rooms and friendly staff. My kids had a great time at the pool as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Right from the start of walking through the doors, we had an amazing experience! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and even wished my boyfriend a happy birthday. After about an hour of settling in to our corner city view room (which was unbelievable!) we had a knock at the door and a woman had a surprise for my boyfriends birthday with sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries THEN she says she has more and comes back with a small chocolate cake!! Beautiful hotel with excellent service. We stay here whenever we come to Toronto. Brandi in the Soco Kitchen and Bar served us breakfast this morning and she was amazing. Such a nice way to start the day with a friendly face and wonderful conversation(hope you get to Bora Bora one day, Brandi!)Thank you!
What a great location, right in the hustle and bustle of everything you want to see in Toronto downtown. The young lady at the front desk upgraded our room to a water corner view cause it was our first visit at the hotel. What a great treat that was, excellent all around in my opinion. The pool had an amazing view from the 4th floor, with a great gym. I will for sure go back to stay at this Delta location. Thanks,
An excellent facility right in the most buzz part of the town--- very friendly staff and servers--- the topper is a gal at the Soco eatry--- she works reception-- and she really owns the place <3 Valet staff is very efficient namely the door persons and the bell staff. Holly and Casey are just great. The food is superb and the vicinity makes it so desirable !
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful. This is our go to hotel when we stay in the city.
