Like all the other reviews stated, the front desk staff is wonderful and the location was great. The room I got was not up to par. The bed was extremely squeaky and the mattress had an indent from wear over what I could only imagine was years. Unlike other hotels who offer water bottles, they offer you a carafe to fill at a water station which wouldn't have been bad except you could tell the water station was rarely, if ever, cleaned and the water coming out of it came from a mold/mildew drip from the spout. Nice motel close to the airport.
I expected better from a Marriott property. The bed was awful and squeaked. A window in the room was broken. Staff relatively friendly. Restaurant and bar closed on Sunday. It was fairly quiet and the room was clean. Close to Norfolk Airport with free shuttle.
