Downtown core, easy access to pretty much everywhere simply by walking... Roof top swimming pool is definitely a must go amazing.
A useless hotel and useless staff. I have stayed at this location probably 15 times and the last 3 times it just gets worse. We were going to give it one more shot but the service was ridiculous. We book 3 rooms for an annual girls trip every year and we often switch locations, this year was in my hometown right here in Kamloops so we wanted to book the delta primarily for the pool. One of the recently renovated Delta hotels with a fresh modern feel. Bathroom Lighting is ample and even the closet is well illuminated. Dmytrii was helpful checking us in. And the views of the downtown and mountains are beautiful. Competently parking is a bonus. The one complimentary level 2 charger made it even better.
