Sick parking lot
Overall the parking is in a great location. My fiancée however had cancel her parking 1 month earlier due to preterm labour and Impark was not flexible with their cancellation policy making her pay the next month of around $100 when it will not be used. Was hoping for some compassion and understanding from the customer service representative however they do not care. I understand Impark is a business but as a business they choose to not be flexible.
