These guys are awesome. I called them at 8am in the middle of the summer in the god awful heat and they send someone to my house within an hour. When the repairman for the airconditioner arrived he not only went over all his steps he gave me tips on what to look for and how to remedy problems I had no idea about. I purchased a heat pump/air conditioner from Delta in 2005 and have since had service as needed on various parts and have had freon added to my system. In 2015 the International Mechanical Code began to require that all refrigerant units have locking caps installed when opened for service to prevent theft of freon as the price is escalating due to environmental issues and lack of production and theft is occurring because people choose to inhale the refrigerant.
