We recently bought a house and it came with 3 new 75490SN dual shower heads. 2 out of 3 of them broke at the Connector swivel ball . They are useless now. We are stuck with 1 working set for our daily use. I am requesting 2 pcs of the part I am attaching as replacement so I can replace them. I shoul maybe get 3 of them since most probably the 3rd will break soon. Sure, the product looks good, but it won’t hold up. My tub along with many other others are cracked, and they won’t warranty them. I sent pictures, including a picture with a level to show that the tub was installed properly but they’re claiming that the level is not showing that. BS!

They are very rude!!! Do not stand behind the terrible products they carry. DO NOT BUY FROM DELTA FAUCET. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!!!! Very Racist and Rude. Gonna release all the audio conversations to reddit that i have with them so the world can see how rude amd racist they really are!!!
They went above and beyond to resolve an issue i had with one of their faucets. The customer service representative made sure I was happy and assisted with my issue
