Love love love Delta Eye Medical Group, which is probably why I have been going to them since 1966. I currently seen Dr Chen who is very kind, caring, and thorough.
The staff at Delta Eye are always so cordial and helpful. The doctors are willing to discuss your exam, and are experts!!
Saw dr Cho, excellent dr. Had a sty in my eye, got antibiotics. Went to schedule recheck and receptionist said need to schedule early appointment to possibly do stent removal! I said WHAT! Dr Cho never said anything about that! I healed up successfully and canceled follow up appointment..what is going on?? Communication is key if dr has concerns 😟 😨 and he should have mentioned that to me, not receptionist!
Horrible service. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude . At my visit front desk lady’s were rude and tense for no reason . Techs were unprofessional, loud and noticeably unknowledgeable of eye exams . Took over 2 hours to get seen. Drs are ok but staff is absolutely horrific. Especially the techs . , unprofessional and incompetent. I recommend seeking another clinic .
Eye drs are not as proficient Techs are not as proficient as they should be. Techs are lazy and rude . Long wait times!!!!!!!!!! Smells nasty like urine Rude staff !!!! Charges for hsa and billing lady is rude Staff do not communicate with each other Reception staff are not fully trained on all office functions!!!
