Always a great experience and I'm happy with the staff and doctors. Even on a busy day, it seems they move you fairly quickly.
Went in for an annual checkup and spent around 2 and a half hours to finish. Never had a checkup be this long. Ended up being one of the last people out for the day and not being able to get new frames. Not sure if they overbooked but felt unprofessional and inefficient.
Whoever answers the phone hates there job. Very rude
Always get a great exam. Dr Chen and staff are so courteous and nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for eye care.
