I've lived in five different states, from big city to backwoods. But I've NEVER come across a power company with such LAZY repair workers! ICE STORM 2026, the biggest in the last 32 years, and DE said their workers don't work nights, DRAGGING OUT REPAIRS, while their customers continue to freeze at night on Day 8, and counting, without power. They want to be treated like heroes, but they don't want to put in the work REQUIRED of a hero. They sit comfortable in their warm motel rooms, while their customers fight for survival.... read more
When come extravagant weather they want answer phone and it doesn't matter what number you call, I can say they're usually professional with most stuff but bs when come to the real they 🦨
The most incompetent and rude people you'll ever deal with in business. They constantly "misplace" payments and tell you - you have to prove to them you paid them. If you have any other choice for electric or internet service - use it.
