The most incompetent and rude people you'll ever deal with in business. They constantly "misplace" payments and tell you - you have to prove to them you paid them. If you have any other choice for electric or internet service - use it.
RUDE
My service was cut off due to what they deemed non payment; now when I called them to find out why I was told that we had not paid . My wife and I looked and sure enough we had not due to the fact that we had not recieved a bill in 2 months, so without them sending us a reminder of these missed payments, that we would have gladly paid, they took it upon themselves to shut off our power, then charged us a very large amount to get turned back on then took us off the payment plan that we were on and made us pay another deposit.... read more
