John Hedlund recently reconstructed my basement stairwell damaged by flooding from a burst sprinkler pipe. He was meticulous and was able to match the the existing woodwork, drywall and paint. After he was finished there was no sign that there was a disaster. He is a very skilled carpenter/painter and the drywall finish was impressive.

The mitigation side of Delta Disaster Services really helped us out this summer when we had two major water issues. A special shout out to Buddy. Furthermore, the reconstruction side has done great work for us in restoring our kitchen. Scheduling reconstruction seemed to take a long time, perhaps in part because of insurance issues. However, the work they do is great. We especially appreciate John and his assistant Jeff. Their work is meticulous.

I've had several disasters in a two month span... I can only say that I wish USAA had sent Delta Disaster to my other two!! The crew is knowledgeable, conscientious, and hardworking!! This disaster doesn't feel like a true disaster simply because the delta team has made it effortless on my part!!! Will always request them!!
