Had their construction manager , Bruce Smith, out to do an estimate on repairs. He was the most rude person I've ever met. Did not call in advance to let me know he was coming. Shows up and proceeds to lecture me on why I have to arrange plumbing work. Then gets mad at me for even asking him to explain himself. I threw him out of the house. Their mitigation people were excellent. But their Construction team is awful.
RecommendedI highly recommend Delta Restoration Services. Our house was damaged as a result of an electrical fire, and Delta made it like new again. Ken Hildebrandt coordinated the various phases of the project and went the 'extra mile' by giving excellent advice and guidance to help us with the myriad of decisions that had to be made.

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE! TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY WE DO NOT OWE THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE WORK ORDER (AGREEMENT) WE SIGNED. THEY CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE ADDITIONAL WORK BUT THEY STILL WANT TO COLLECT MORE MONEY. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL. NOW THEY ARE JUST HARASSING US OVER AN ACCOUNTING ERROR ON THEIR SIDE. HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
I've heard stories about how the CEO invests in and takes care of his people. The employees reflect this in providing prompt customer service to you and the team is dedicated to completing your project to your satisfaction. Go Delta!
