They denied a claim because they ‘just thought’ there was another insurance policy when there wasn’t. I never once claimed to have other insurance nor did the provider. Instead of calling me or this other insurance they ‘thought’ I had to verify they just denied the claim.

Had an infected wisdom tooth. Delta wanted me to wait 4-6 weeks to decide if it’s covered even though we’ve been paying all year for a family plan. Now I had to pay $2200 cash out of pocket so I didn’t die or end up in the ER. Not recommended we will be cancelling after milking all the benefits we payed for. Do not recommend.
My husband's dental insurance changed to Delta Dental, so we set out to find a new family dentist. In our area, we found De Pere Family Dentistry with Dr. Moira Kraft. The location was great, and the staff seemed nice. My experience was much different. During the appt. Dr. Kraft constantly spoke with her asst. about her personal life, in an unfocused, haphazard way, seeming not to care about what she was doing.
