My husband's dental insurance changed to Delta Dental, so we set out to find a new family dentist. In our area, we found De Pere Family Dentistry with Dr. Moira Kraft. The location was great, and the staff seemed nice. My experience was much different. During the appt. Dr. Kraft constantly spoke with her asst. about her personal life, in an unfocused, haphazard way, seeming not to care about what she was doing. This company is absolutely worthless. I had an insurance policy with them and needed to add on my stepdaughter. I saw a dentist earlier in the year. Then I had to pay a deductible. After I added on my stepdaughter and paid them additional money I went in for another cleaning and when the dentist office filed the claim Delta said I needed to pay a new deductible. Even though I had already met the deductible when I saw a dentist earlier in the year. It was just a gotcha moment where they figured they could screw their customer... read more
