Terrible insurance. Most dentists out of network and will cost you a lot of extra out of pocket costs. Look elsewhere
Make no mistake this place is a business and people's health should not be in the hands of business people. I've been a Delta member for going on 3 years and after my second year I was eligible to upgrade my dental insurance. I know I had some dental work coming up so prior to upgrading I called and asked what my options are and I was told that since I've been a member for 2 years I can upgrade to the ultimate member where I get a bunch of extra benefits plus the specific dental work I was looking into it they would cover 50... read more
My husband's dental insurance changed to Delta Dental so we set out to find a new family dentist. In our area we found De Pere Family Dentistry with Dr. Moira Kraft. It was a great location and it seemed like a nice staff. My experience was much different. During the appt. Dr. Kraft constantly spoke with her asst. about her personal life, unfocused and haphazardly, seeming not to care about what she was doing.
