Horrible company, horrible customer service, cutting prices for private offices while buying up and starting their own corporate offices. Horrible! All of my patients will know how they treat their doctors – and it won’t be good
I called into Delta Dental of Colorado several times and had to coordinate around their schedule. After adhering to the 6 month period for dental cleaning, I received a check that showed Delta Dental only paying 20% of what they had paid for the same cleaning previously. Essentially, it was 20% of next to nothing at all. I've filed a claim with the BBB and attorney general's office for fraud.
