Examine your dental bills carefully. They wont do it for you on purpose. If you have delta dental... assume that you dont have an insurance. They give you a run around to get your dental bills paid. My wife was talking to their Customer Service on speakerphone and I overheard CSR ( Ms. robin ) contradicts herself when it comes to company insurance rules and coverage.
Deceitful & Untrustworthy Absolutely appalling service, my dentist submitted a very simple claim for a cavity filling which Delta Dental nitpicked apart and found every devious reason imaginable to deny my claim.
Go Find Another Insurance Carrier Delta Dental IS NOT GOOD. They pay whatever they want to pay. They don't consider what the Dentist's Recommends. Bottom Line for them IS MONEY! They will find ways to NOT PAY. They will lose claims and say they never received it! BOOOOO!
great insurance this is a great dental insurance. I have never had a problem with any of my claims. They processed my claims quickly and paid my dentist on a timely manner. They have an excellent customer service dept. too
Delta Dental I used to be part of the Delta Dental Insurance plan until my work changed providers. I never really had a problem with this insurance company. I went to the dentist for regular check ups, cleanings, and occasional cavities, and everything was covered. I didn't ever have a hard time getting Delta Dental to pay for anything.
Not too bad Delta Dental is the dental insurance that I currently have. They actually are pretty good about paying for my dental work. They only leave me with a small co payment. I know that everyone hates going to h dentist, but Iat least Delta makes it easier to pay for it. Their customer service reps are pleasant. Not a bad experience.
