So glad I recently moved out of that place! I lived there for 2 years and it was beyond bad. Noisy and trash everywhere! I never had that many problems with the management but it was just a really bad place to live. My very first night there, someone two buildings over was having the loudest party I've ever heard and things never did really improve. The management is actually getting worse. No personal touch to anything anymore. It's more like a business rather than a community. I truly miss the old management crew. As a suggestion, possibly bring back more community events. Allow the community to get to know the management team, as well as each other. Also look into possibly have another garbage compactor to exchange out when one is being emptied. This will keep from having unsightly garbage sitting out in front of the complex.
