Worse decision I ever made was to move here. Anxious for my lease to be up.
DON’T DO IT! The incompetence, lack of response, care for residents, and professionalism is disgusting! My mom lives here and does her best to express her concerns and issues to those in the office only for them to do NOTHING or disregard her requests. Maintenance requests go unanswered and if/when you reach out to management, they’re rude! Your personal life and time shouldn’t affect the residents and those actually paying to live there. Recommendedhome is where the heart is. been here since February and love the quietness. does take maintenance a couple days to respond to request, but they're backed up behind all this pandemic craziness. a bit pricey, but worth every dollar
Leasing office comes and goes as they please. Good luck getting them to return a phone call or catching them open til 5:30 or on Saturdays as they state. Takes forever for a maintenance request to be completed and when it is you’ll have no idea they even came into the apartment until you discover whatever the issue was magically fixed. Ready to move.

Ever since I started living at Delta Crossing Apartments, I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. The staff here has been nothing but a complete help whenever and wherever needed. Such a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Fantastic starter apartments, I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
This is my 2nd year living at Delta and I love it. Greatest starter apartment, friendly neighbors, safe and quiet. All the office staff have been great and extremely personable! I would definitely recommend!
