We have called and called and they are giving us the run around about the title. Our temporary plates are out and they're saying that they didn't sell us the vehicle and they don't have the title or plates to the truck. We paid cash so there no payments. Salesman knowledgeable and helpful
I found this place coming back from OKLAHOMA searching high and low for IS Lexus got there found the IS LEXUS 350 and drove off still happy with my car after a month drive like a new vehicle thank you guys
buying a car can be very taxing on the brain, how ever trying to buy a car from a distance can be even more challenging , there are trust issues and making sure the vehicle is in the shape that is being presented. this dealership (James) was very instrumental in helping ease my mine and making the process smooth as i travel to pick up this excellent vehicle. the vehicles these guys sale are above average and definitely has me a customer and returning customer for the near future.
