Last year, I inquired about a by-the-bedroom lease and was advised to apply through the DTN website. I paid the $40 application fee but never received any response or decision regarding my application. It feels like I was scammed out of $40.

Just got off the phone with these guys. Not impressed. I don't know if he was super rushed but I got the total sleeze feeling compared to everyone else I spoke too. Phone etiquette means a lot, it's your company's first impression of who you are. First call I was hung up on abruptly, just weird.

I live in Delta Arms in the Oaks community. The staff is nice and has been hepful, but I’m not impressed by the way the issues in my apartment have been handled. Specifically, my dishwasher has never worked. I reported this when I moved in more than 3x and it’s been 4 months and nothing had been done. I’ve even been lied to and told it was fixed when it wasn’t even touched. The one time someone came, he told me to wash my dishes before putting them in...? Great place to live, and you can't beat the location to campus! The staff at the Oaks is great and any maintenance needs are taken care of very fast! If you need anything at all, Mike is always there!
