Landlord's are rude and inconsiderate. Lots of things broken that doesn't get fixed. No insulation as you freeze and your dinner stays frozen so you can't cook it durning the winter months. Bathroom celling feel in three times and the fire alarm is constantly going off. parking is deplorable. In my opinion it is a slum apartment being run by a slum lord and you would be better off pitching a tent in the middle of a gator filled swamp then renting an apartment in this place. Landlords are rude and inconsiderate. Lots of things like dryer and dishwasher doesn't work properly and didn't get fixed. Bathroom ceiling fell three times nearly injuring my daughter one of those three times. So cold in winter you will need electric blankets and space heaters to live there and will most likely have to defrost your dinner before cooking it due to it still being mostly frozen even though you set it out at ten PM the night before.
