Landlords are rude and inconsiderate. Lots of things like dryer and dishwasher doesn't work properly and didn't get fixed. Bathroom ceiling fell three times nearly injuring my daughter one of those three times. So cold in winter you will need electric blankets and space heaters to live there and will most likely have to defrost your dinner before cooking it due to it still being mostly frozen even though you set it out at ten PM the night before.
