TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Bought first class tickets from Santiago, Chile to Atlanta, Georgia. Checked in on line and got boarding passes, checked bags, but when we went to board, they turned us away and said our reservation was not valid. They re-routed us on another airline at 3:00 AM without first class amenities and then they lost our luggage.
Delta is becoming a low-cost airline. They charge you for laugage. They barely give you water, and the service at the gate is bad.
Horrible!!!!! Just got a call from a representative who was worse than the care I received in the airport. She would not allow me to complete any of the sentences, she called 3xs back to back ( no message left) I had to answer the phone. I work too. Listen, it doesn't matter whos fault the delay was (it wasn't mine) to not offer someone a bottle of water knowing the have to be in YOUR airport for 24 hours is unacceptable. My flight from the Dominican Republic got delayed 2 hours which in return made me miss my flight home. N... read more
First delayed my flight and then canceled it as we were getting ready to board. Lost $3,000 in Resort fees and they won't reimburse
