We were having lunch before picking up checked in bags. Sonja Petrovski of Delta baggage called us to inform, our bags have been stowed safely in the Delta Baggage service office. When we picked up the bags, Sonja greeted and delivered the bags. She is nice, friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure to meet her and she made our day.
Only one person to manage the front counter with 50+ people waiting in line... it's absolutely awesome.... This is why you fly Southest ar Midway.
You don’t have enough people working your counter and some seem like trainees, 2 is not enough. No clear directions from anyone.
