Ive used Dels AC for a couple of years now. Always reliable friendly and their prices are very reasonable! Early morning of April 5, 2023, I called Dels AC to service my AC, they were prompt to get me a same day service appointment. AC Tech **** came by to service the *** **** was polite, punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. Answered my questions in great detail. Thank You **** for the great service.
**************** was exceptional. The repair was made quickly and explained clearly. I am highly satisfied and would certainly recommend ***'s.
Always a timely reply, techs take time to explain the problem. Recent visit was covered by manufacturer so only paid a $96 call fee. Called yesterday and was here first thing in the AM.

We were very happy with Dels until we asked them to install some duct work. I was SHOCKED when I saw the bid. They wanted to charge me 5x the retail cost of the materials needed for the job. I can't imagine how they can justify charging $420 for a 14 in duct that costs $80, and $320 for a 7 in duct that cost $60 at Home Depot. Their bid to install 7 ducts was almost a third of what we paid them to replace the entire system! I would definitely consider a different AC company.
Wish all business operated like Del’s. Both Del & his staff are consumer oriented & have a level of integrity that is not easy to find nowadays. I highly recommend Del & his team!
