Loved it
I have been attending the trial for many weeks, and I must say that the level of professionalism and care is outstanding! The clinicians are very friendly, and truly care about you. I am always greeted with a smile and positivity. When I ask questions, there is no sense of apathy or frustration with the patient. I truly enjoy my visits because the apprehension and fear was gone after the first visit. Thank you to the staff for making it easy.
I usually hate having my blood drawn but Chelsea is so skilled it doesn’t hurt. In fact one time she drew my blood and if I hadn’t heard the changing of the tubes in wouldn’t have known she was even in my vein (& yes I shut my eyes & don’t look)
Everyone is so kind and they do not mind answering any question I may have. Chelsey and all the staff are the best!
