Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional!
I paid $7,000 for Invisalign treatment at this office and was never given my aligners. After taking my payment, the doctor left for Florida and did not provide my treatment or a refund. I have been left without the service I paid for and with no clear communication or resolution. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Delray Orthodontics Very disappointed with the lack of communication. The orthodontist left the practice without informing her New York patients or ensuring a smooth transition of care. Patients were left confused and unsupported. Poor professionalism and unacceptable handling of patient responsibility. My sister paid 7K for her Invisalign's and is still waiting her retainers since November and we are now in January. Smaller practice, that is very personable, and also a Diamond Invisalign Provider. Highly recommend, they don’t take a typical orthodontic approach and pay attention to things like facial profile, and function of the teeth, rather than just aesthetics of the teeth.
I cannot say enough great things about Delray Orthodontics and their incredible team. I originally came in for Vivera retainers by Invisalign to help with my teeth grinding, and I also decided to do teeth whitening—and I am beyond happy with the results.
