THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER WITNESSED. I’m genuinely baffled. There was NO communication at all. They said my car would be ready on Friday, yet no one called me for an update. I CALLED EVERYDAY & NO ONE ANSWERED. the front desk would transfer me & NO ONE would pick up. Then no one knew who was supposed to be working on my car. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with a service department in Hyundai In Delray Beach. My car 2024 had major breaks fluid leaks.this is serious . I was begging to help me, called 4 times, left massages during 10 days.No help! I decided to call to Hyundai in Coconut creek15 ml from my home, I received help right away.. They sad , it’s dangerous to drive they gave me a car loner. This is service!!!
I’m a real person This is the worst nightmare of a business i have ever experienced. Do not go to this service center for your Hyundai. They had my wife’s Sonota for months supposedly trying to fix an EVAP leak error but I don’t think they were really working on it. I think they rush quick turnarounds for the highest profit and if you fall out of that organizational flow you get put on the back burner. The worst service department you will ever encounter in your life time. Do not take your car here at all costs.
Overall, the experience was ok. They Uber'd me home for 4 hours while they serviced my car, and Uber'd me back to collect it. This was a free service and much appreciated. That said, there is a strange level of disorganization and human disconnection here. Neither of the two people who worked with me looked me in the eye when they talked to me.
