I have the absolute worst experience every time I come in. From buying the car to them “helping” me with an accident to me driving with covid to almost 3 hour oil change. It’s my last free service and my last visit. But talk to Felicia at the desk. Shes the only professional employee in my opinion. I have never given a bad review in my life but happy to post this. Customer service is ONLY A 1 because of Felicia.

Went to drop my car off for a standard service and oil change at a scheduled time. When I got there I put my car in park and walked in. From there, I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Finally 30 minutes pass and nobody has spoken to me, and the cashier was absent from her post. I had to get to another appointment, so I decided to take my car and leave without the service I require. I come to make a car and every time they don't give it back, although they see that I'm coming with children and they give me a car in bad condition. And the last time I gave it, they broke something, they called and told me to come in a day. I arrived and as it turned out I was driving with a breakdown that now I'm without a car. I'm waiting for someone to help me do it

While waiting for service, they had a landscaping company that covered multiple cars including mine with dirt, dust and dry leaves they were blowing around the parking lot. Very inconsiderate of other people's cars.
