I’ve been going to this service center for about three years, and unfortunately it always seems like something goes wrong. Communication from the service advisors is extremely poor, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. My most recent experience was by far the worst. My advisor was Jonathan, and I honestly hope other customers don’t end up dealing with him. Very unhappy with the service. I’ve been here several times for my complimentary service and I dread my appointments because of how long it takes to do a simple oil change and car wash. When I dropped off my car I was told it was going to be a 3 hour wait. So someone was able to give me a ride home. However they told me the service center closes at 3:30 (when they really closed at 4:00) and that someone would call me to let me know when it was ready. Very disappointing service. I dropped off my car on Saturday for a check engine light, which was already noted when I made the appointment. No one contacted me until late Monday afternoon, and they even asked what the car needed, as if the appointment notes didn’t matter. Then I spent all day Wednesday and Thursday calling for updates and kept getting the runaround. Way overbooked and under maned. 10am appointment sat there to 10:45 decided to take my car and leave.
Absolute terrible service don't waste your time going there I rather drive further away to be treated like a customer at another Hyundai dealer
