Warning to Genesis owners... I made an appointment back in March and the earliest appointment I could get that wasnt to early for my yearly "free" service was 22 days after the 36 months im covered for free yearly service. The previous year they sent me home because I was "to early". So you have nearly an impossible window to make an appointment thats not to early but not late for the final 3rd year service( because they are so backed up your dates are so limited). I thought of course they would still honor it , right ? Nope... read more
The worst service I have encountered in a long time. Everyone is polite as long as they want to sell you something. When you ask for service they just send you away
Don't go for parts they closed Early and don't want to help.
