My experience with getting my car serviced was Awesome. Needed a driver side visor replaced & wanted to get my breaks checked since I've had the car for 6 yrs. I don't drive long-distance much. I didn't need any breaks ...so I'll just check my manual & have them checked at least yearly. Richard is such an great advisor and is a great asset to Delray Honda service department. I am So Thankful for the honesty. A Happy customer
Rips you off just like any other dealership.
Jeff is horrible….. dismissive and has an arrogant attitude!! He seems to be a bit racist and didn’t want to hear anything I said. When I told him my concerns he didn’t give me any knowledge on what was going on…. Just a price and told me I can go somewhere else. I did just that. Honda accepts his behavior
Glenn Denker is fantastic! He always provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I service both of my Hondas with him, and he’s consistently professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with every time.
What a truly great experience at Delray Honda service dept. I made appt for oil change and 2 minor recall repairs on my civic I was greeted by my service advisor Kathleen Willis who was very helpful,friendly,knowledgeable and honest about length of time this service would take (3-4 hours) and knowing I would be waiting for my car there she was able to secure a loaner for me to use .Which allowed me to visit an aunt in Delray and go to lunch I received text and email updating me on progress of services being done When I retu... read more
