A big thank you to Richard for going above and beyond my expectations, quickly and pleasantly resolving an issue for me this morning.
Very over priced. The charge for labor is a much higher rate than a non dealership repair. The only reason to use this service center is if something is covered under warranty. However, they have an incentive to not honor the warranty because they make less money when they do. Replacing a windshield wiper was quoted as $74 for example. (lol) To be fair, the staff were professional and did a good job though.
My go-to spot for my car service, except alignment. Great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. There is plenty of seating in the waiting room and always clean.
