Naturally, I was a little skeptical of getting hearing aids, but the owner of the facility was very very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. His exam and presentation was outstanding. I am so glad I went to this particular facility for my hearing aid I would recommend it to anyone. I say this in complete confidence. Highly recommend! My husband had been losing his hearing over the years and Dr locker really made him understand and grasp the idea of getting hearing aides. He was caring and very knowledgeable! Dr. Locker is a gem! He truly cares about people. We had an urgent need with a damaged hearing aid, and without any prior relationship Dr. Locker went out of his way to meet us for an early appt. he was caring, compassionate and informative. Saved my vacation! My hearing aides stopped working, and I was panicked. Within 5 minutes, they were fixed, the problem was explained to me, and I understood how to prevent this from happening again. It was all a very personal and highly competent experience. I highly recommend this center!
My husband needed new hearing aids and we heard good things about Dr. Locker. We made an appointment and was very pleased with the attention given to us, how well he explained all the choices and actually showed us the difference in some of the hearing aids. After a couple of months one of the hearing aids kept slipping out, so he did a second mold and ordered a new one without charge. He has been wonderful with any questions and always follows up if we leave a message. Highly recommend.
