I was on vacation when I realized my hearing aid was not working properly and the filter needed to be changed. I had not brought any filters with me and went to Delray Hearing Center. Since the hearing aid was an older model Dr Locker explained that he did not have any filters in stock. However he went the extra step of cleaning the old filters by hand and my hearing was improved enough that I could enjoy the rest of my vacation - at no charge. Very professional, very caring.
Naturally, I was a little skeptical of getting hearing aids, but the owner of the facility was very very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. His exam and presentation was outstanding. After an unsuccessful experience with my previous hearing aids, I went to see Dr. Locker feeling somewhat skeptical. From the moment I met him, that quickly changed. He was professional, patient, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I felt I could trust his recommendations and left feeling confident that he will help me achieve the best hearing possible. I highly recommend Dr. Locker and the Delray Hearing Center.
Highly recommend! My husband had been losing his hearing over the years and Dr locker really made him understand and grasp the idea of getting hearing aides. He was caring and very knowledgeable! Dr. Locker is a gem! He truly cares about people. We had an urgent need with a damaged hearing aid, and without any prior relationship Dr. Locker went out of his way to meet us for an early appt. he was caring, compassionate and informative.
