I do believe that 1 star is a lot for this service Is the worst experience that i had in my life I do have my car broken and I do need to but a new one . Because of this place i won t take a hyundai for sure . I don t want to see this place again . Really sad what you do with people who wants a profesional service. Not happy with that i went to the location and they forgot my car open after they close the Store
If i could give the service depart a 0 star I would. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Took my G70 there on 11/5 and told one tire was wearing which doesn't make since. When asked why the other is not wearing the service advisor Wes had no answer. I told him to put it through my warranty that I purchased with my 2023 G70 and it's now over 2 months later and I am still waiting on that tire. Worst service department ever. Makes me not even want to own a genesis. Rarely answer the phone and have the worst communication/management I’ve ever seen. I have gone there three times for the same recall part. The first time they overbooked and couldn’t see me. The second time they didn’t even have the recall part that I booked the appointment for. The third time they had no loaner cars (which I scheduled for weeks ahead) and again didn’t have the part. Trying for the 4th time and they have me wait another month. Go elsewh... read more
