I was texted as a way to inform me they’d received the dr order and instructed to call the included number to schedule an appointment which I called immediately. I reached a recording instructing which information should be left, to not hang up and call back because that could delay their returning your call, and told they’d return the call by the end of the day, a Tuesday. 1. Terrible experience… I left from my doctors to here been here an hour the front desk lady rude clues about almost everything , I called before and can and only had A certain time. I was able to be here before I picked up my child. Nd even after I said something I’m still waiting … I don’t recommend this place at all ! Go somewhere else ! Anywhere else I been I was in and out within 30-1hr !

I’m truly not sure how they allow this place to remain open. The MRI machine is from the late 1990’s. I had an MRI of my Cervical/Neck and literally could not tolerate this old antiquated machine. Very disappointing. Why am I writing this review; - Because I just had an MRI of my Neck up here in North Carolina and what a difference. Disgraceful! Staff were friendly, but their equipment is so poor. Limited hours; - as nobody in Florida bothers to work anyways.

The place and service looked good: no big lines and waiting, welcoming environment. The visit went well and I was promised to get results same day in the afternoon, because it was related to the head trauma. Today is Monday, but my doctor still did not receive the results. When the my doctor’s office called them, the answer was : the results are not ready”. My doctor’s office called looked for the place for me that can give me service and results ASAP, but unfortunately, it was a wrong place to go.
