I stopped by yesterday as I was driving close to this area. A very nice receptionist said let's check you in. So no wait! And after I was done with the Xray of my right knee, I was told it will be sent right away to the doctor. How wonderful! Easy process.
. I was able to get in the same day my doctor ordered an MRI. My doctor got the report right away and was impressed how fast and efficient they were.
Horrible experience. Before the actual scan, the tech couldn’t have been any nastier or more rude. She was so bad that when I found out she would be tending to me, I rescheduled for another day with another technician. I will be looking into reporting her to the state as she should not be allowed to be working with patients.
Very rude on the phone, won’t answer any questions and then hang up on you
I was texted as a way to inform me they’d received the dr order and instructed to call the included number to schedule an appointment which I called immediately. I reached a recording instructing which information should be left, to not hang up and call back because that could delay their returning your call, and told they’d return the call by the end of the day, a Tuesday. 1.
