Lack Of communication is not what I like with the service dept.
This is a review about an individual at a dealership going out of his way to make a bad situation right. A rare thing. Ralph in service took a negative experience I’ve had and made me a fan. He did what he said, provide provided solutions and And make sure I was completely satisfied. He, and his service team get my highest recommendation.
These guys get it. They won’t waste you time and will treat you like family. I highly recommend!
